Can we walk in without booking?
Yes — walk-ins are welcome every day from 14:00 to 02:00. Booking online guarantees your spot at busy times and skips the queue.
How does payment work?
Online bookings are paid by card or PromptPay, and your booking is confirmed instantly by email. At the venue, Bamboo also accepts cash, card and Thai QR payment.
Are prices per person, per simulator or per room?
Console lounge passes are per person, racing sessions are per simulator, and the private gaming room is per room. One room booking covers the whole group — split between 10 friends, the 2-hour room rate of 2,000฿ works out at 200฿ each.
Can I book for just one person?
Yes — solo bookings are welcome: take a racing simulator from 150฿ for 30 minutes or a console lounge pass from 200฿ for an hour, and your station is confirmed instantly by email.
What should we book in advance?
Racing simulators, the private gaming room and group visits benefit most from booking ahead — there is only one private room, and side-by-side simulators go quickly on busy evenings and weekends. Console lounge walk-ins are usually fine, subject to availability.
Can we book for a group?
