Yes — Bamboo hosts corporate events for up to 110 guests, with flexible layouts from seated offsites and town halls to standing networking nights. The console lounges and private gaming room double as breakout spaces, so one venue covers presentations, activities and the party afterwards.

Drink packages are priced per guest for a four-hour event — soft drinks at 250฿, softs plus local beers at 500฿, a full open bar at 850฿ — with soda and juice packs for daytime sessions. Bamboo does not run a full kitchen, so finger food is arranged through partners; requirements are confirmed in the proposal.
Can you host a year-end or Christmas party?
Yes — year-end parties, company Christmas celebrations and New Year gatherings are a Bamboo speciality: full venue hire for 25-110 guests with games, music and a full bar. December dates go fast, so enquire early via the events page.
How much does a corporate event in Bangkok cost at Bamboo?
Corporate venue hire runs on per-guest tiers from 500฿, and every booking receives a written custom proposal covering the venue, equipment, staffing and drink packages — confirmed with a 50% deposit and the balance on the day. Yes — every corporate enquiry receives a written custom proposal covering venue hire, per-guest pricing, drink packages and the running format, ready to circulate for internal sign-off. If your finance team needs specific documents for payment, mention it in the enquiry so the team can confirm what it can provide.
Is the venue easy for corporate guests to reach?
Bamboo is at 21 Soi Ekkamai 22, in Bangkok’s Sukhumvit corridor — from BTS Ekkamai, guests continue by taxi or motorcycle taxi, and free parking under the building covers colleagues who drive. Afternoon and after-work start times both fit the daily 14:00-02:00 window.
