Bamboo Gaming Center & Bar holds up to 110 guests for a full-venue private event in Ekkamai, Bangkok. Smaller formats scale down: the private gaming room hosts up to 10 guests with 3 PS5 consoles, 2 Nintendo Switch consoles and 3 screens, and the console lounges suit mid-sized groups. Tell us your headcount and format and we will map the space to it.
Full venue hire is offered in six group packages: 500฿ per guest for 25 guests (12,500฿ total), down to the 100-guest package at 370฿ per guest (37,000฿ total). A 40-guest event at 450฿ per guest comes to 18,000฿ — before optional food and drink packages. For 101–110 guests or other group sizes, request a tailored quote. Your proposal confirms the exact total.
Yes — Bamboo can be booked exclusively, with the full 110-guest capacity, every console lounge, the three racing simulators and the bar reserved for your group alone, subject to date and layout confirmation. Exclusive hire uses the same per-guest pricing tiers.
Every full-venue booking includes the private venue, all gaming equipment — console lounges, the three racing simulators and the private gaming room — plus dedicated event staff and hosting on the night. Optional food and drink packages and any extra requirements are itemised in the proposal.
Four-hour drink packages run from soft drinks at 250฿ per guest, to softs plus local beers at 500฿, to a full open bar at 850฿ per guest — with beer, soju, soda and juice packs also available. Bamboo does not run a full kitchen, so finger food is arranged through partners and outside catering can be discussed.
A 50% deposit confirms your private event date, with the remaining 50% paid on the event day. Your proposal states the full amount before you commit.

Events can run as a short evening slot or stretch across the whole day, inside Bamboo’s daily 14:00-02:00 operating window; your exact slot is agreed in the proposal. For kids birthday parties, a 12:00 start can be arranged in advance.
December Fridays and Saturdays are the most contested dates of the year and are usually confirmed weeks or months ahead. Send your enquiry as early as you can, ideally from September. A 50 percent deposit locks your date, with the balance settled on the day.
There is free parking under the building. From BTS Ekkamai it is a short taxi or motorbike-taxi ride to 21 Soi Ekkamai 22; drop a pin on Bamboo Gaming Center and the driver does the rest.
Yes. The bar, the music and the social spaces carry plenty of the night, and casual party games like Mario Kart and Smash take about a minute to learn. Racing time-trials work for complete beginners too, one driver at a time against the clock.
