By accessing or using the bambooesc.com website, making a booking, or using any services provided by Bamboo Gaming Center & Bar (“Bamboo Gaming Center & Bar”), operated by Bamboo Smart Center Co., Ltd., you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Our Services
Bamboo Gaming Center & Bar provides the following services at our venue in Ekkamai, Bangkok:
- Console gaming (PS5, Nintendo)
- Sim racing experiences
- Private room rentals for groups
- Food and beverage service, including alcoholic drinks
- Private Event hosting and venue rental services
Services, opening hours (currently open daily 2 PM – 2 AM), pricing, and availability are subject to change without prior notice. We will make reasonable efforts to reflect current information on our website.
3. Bookings and Payments
- Bookings can be made through our website or via WhatsApp at +66 650 393 924.
- Certain bookings may require advance payment or a deposit to confirm your reservation.
- All prices are displayed in Thai Baht (฿) unless otherwise indicated.
- Payment must be completed using the methods available on our website or at the venue.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, misuse, or unavailability.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
All bookings and payments are final. No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are available once a booking is confirmed or a payment is made. This applies to all services, including gaming sessions, private room rentals, event bookings, birthday packages, and food and beverage orders. No-shows are not eligible for credit or rescheduling. By completing a booking, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.
5. Venue Rules and Conduct
All customers must comply with the following rules while at Bamboo Gaming Center & Bar:
- Follow all staff instructions and posted venue rules at all times.
- Treat other guests, staff, and the venue with respect.
- Use all gaming equipment, furniture, and facilities responsibly and as intended. Customers will be held liable for any damage caused by negligence or intentional misuse.
- Do not bring outside food or beverages into the venue without prior permission.
- Maintain a reasonable noise level that does not disturb other guests.
- We reserve the right to refuse entry or ask any customer to leave if they are disruptive, aggressive, excessively intoxicated, or engaging in behaviour that endangers the safety or comfort of others. No refund will be provided in such cases.
6. Alcohol, Age Restrictions, and Minors
- Alcoholic beverages are served at Bamboo Gaming Center & Bar. The legal drinking age in Thailand is 20 years old. We reserve the right to request valid identification and to refuse alcohol service to anyone who cannot verify their age.
- Alcohol is sold only during hours permitted by Thai law.
- Minors (under 20) are welcome to enjoy gaming services but will not be served alcoholic beverages.
- Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
7. Personal Belongings and Lost Property
Bamboo Gaming Center & Bar is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings brought onto the premises. Customers are advised to keep their valuables secure at all times. Lost property may be held at reception for up to 30 days, after which it may be disposed of.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Bamboo Gaming Center & Bar is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website, services, or equipment.
- Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
- We are not liable for injuries resulting from a customer’s failure to follow staff instructions or posted safety guidelines.
- Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under Thai law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

All content on bambooesc.com — including text, photographs, graphics, logos, videos, and page design — is the property of Bamboo Smart Center Co., Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
